Swim-school software.
Built with you.
Hi there, my name is Matthew! I build software and AI agents at scale for companies (the two biggest ones are the ones below). I started Fathm because I wanted to build a better swim-school directory for Australia after finding that the ones available are just not good (I wrote about it here).
Agentic AI systems used by10,000+ construction firms
Assurance software handling 250,000+ asset inspections a yearI am looking to collaborate with swim schools to build software that helps them focus on what matters most: the joy of teaching swimming to the next generation. If you're a part of a swim school, I'm excited to start building with you!
What fathm does.
The directory is live today: 547 schools, free to search. The software is what we're building next, and each piece starts from how your school already runs.
- Roll Call — the deck marks who swam on a phone, and every mark feeds makeups and true capacity.
- Makeups — tokens issue under your policy, parents book real spare seats, and freed spots get re-offered.
- Parent Portal — families follow their swimmer's progression and book makeups themselves, in through an invite you send.

Please email matthew@fathm.io or reach out on Facebook and tell me about your school.
What you say decides what gets built.
