Your families, in the loop.

"How did Toby go today?" "Can we swap him to Saturdays?" Each one lands on your front desk.

The way it works today.

Progress lives in the instructor's head and dies at the pool edge. Parents get it second-hand, if they get it at all.

So they ask. At the desk, in the car park, wherever they catch you. Each ask is small. All of them together are your team's week.

What I'm building.

The Parent Portal is where families follow their swimmer's levels and skills, term by term. Makeups they book themselves, without a phone call. "How did they go?" gets answered by opening the app.

One sign-in works at every school a family swims with. The login they made for lessons at your pool still works at the holiday program across town.

And your school stays in control of who's in. A family gets in one way: an invite your school sends. Your school decides who gets a link; the family just taps it.

The portal itself is the designed part. The record log and makeup engine it stands on are already built and tested. The family-side screens are what we build next, with you.

I'm Matthew Bilo. I build software used by 10,000+ firms at Sitemate and LRQA. fathm gets the same engineering.

Build it with me.

Tell me what your families ask for most, and what you'd rather they could see themselves. What you say decides what gets built:matthew@fathm.io
